CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Reservations for Houseboat Vacations made after March 19, 2020 will not be considered extenuating circumstances related to COVID-19, except where the reservation holder is currently sick with COVID-19 at time of sail. Confirmation of COVID-19 diagnosis required.
Extenuating circumstances are intended to protect guests from unforeseen challenges that arise after booking. After the Declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, it is no longer an extenuating circumstance because COVID-19, and its consequences, are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
Twin Anchors Houseboats will not refund charters due to: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable laws; and other government mandates (foreign or domestic) – such as evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter in place requirements.
Please review our cancellation policy in full. If you would like to inquire about our medical cancellation policy, please call the office 1-800-663-4026.

must be provided in the form of a Doctor’s note. - B) All payments have cleared the accounts and proof of payment has been submitted.
- C)This original document must be returned back to Twin Anchors Houseboats.
